‘10 for 10’ – our winning community causes announced

27 OCTOBER 2025

As South32 marks 10 years of operations, we’re taking this milestone as an opportunity to give back to the communities that have supported us along the way.

To celebrate, we launched ‘10 for 10’, a global community initiative offering ten grants of up to US $10,000 each to projects making a real difference where our people live and work.

We asked our people around the world to nominate a community cause close to their hearts - one that could use a helping hand to create lasting impact. The response was overwhelming. From grassroots organisations to established charities, the applications reflected what we value most - making a difference in our communities, standing together, and creating a brighter future.

After careful consideration, 10 outstanding initiatives were selected for their potential to drive meaningful change.
