Approval documents
In 2019 Worsley submitted referral applications with both the State and Commonwealth Environmental Agencies for the next phase of bauxite mining near the town of Boddington, providing access to future reserves and resources to sustain production at our Worsley Alumina refinery near Collie.
Approval was granted for the Worsley Mine development project in December 2024 and February 2025 from the State and Commonwealth respectively for the referred project. You can find relevant information related to the ongoing operations of Worsley in accordance with the approvals here.
