We’re proud to showcase our Girls Focus on Mining initiative, a partnership with Curtin University's Western Australian School of Mines that highlights careers in mining for young women.

In early 2021, a group of students from 13 high schools spent a day at our Worsley Alumina operation as part of the program, getting an insight into what a career in resources could look like.

From mining engineers to metallurgists, and cyber security specialists to geologists, the STEM opportunities in mining are endless.
