Pride Professionals Mentoring Program
South32 is a proud sponsor of the Pride Professionals Mentoring Program, aimed at empowering and supporting LGBTI+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex) professionals to reach their career aspirations and goals.
The first of its kind in Western Australia, the Program provides opportunities for personal and professional development for eleven participants.
The six-month Program was recently launched with training delivered at our Perth headquarters.
It supports participants through career guidance and direction by sharing mentor/mentee experiences and developing goals.
Michelle Keegan, Project Director, Technology said the Program is aligned with South32’s core value of togetherness.
“Togetherness means we value difference. That flows through to everything we do, and we celebrate and embrace all aspects of inclusion and diversity at South32.”
